Andrey's work was very good- he installed a travertine kitchen backsplash. He dealt with some unexpected problems well. My granite countertop in one corner had been cut away too much from the wall, leaving a gap. Andre had to mud 3 times on this spot to build up the area in order to tile, and it turned out fine. The only disappointment is that one accent tile could not be installed due to outlets/switches, and I'm wondering if that could have been worked around had the design actually been drawn out. One complaint was he said he'd show up at 8am the first day and didn't arrive until 10am because he had not picked up the materials yet.

Our project was the replacement of a damaged laminate kitchen floor and the replacement of two adjoining rooms with porcelain tile. Andre was on time for our appointment, surveyed the project and explained what his approach would be for our situation, and provided us a bid on the spot. He and his experience crew were on time on the appointed day and each day there after taking care to minimize the mess and laid down a protective cover on our entryway and hallway. The finished job looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

Have not completed the project, but to this point of my project, Five Star Installation has been very good.

Five Star did a great job on short notice for a very good price. They installed a tumbled Travertine back splash in my Kitchen on walls that were not level/smooth. They showed up on time and completed the job as promised. I highly recommend this company. Greg Z. GZInvestments
