This company is Great....the crew they sent out to do my siding were very polite and helpful...they worked with me all the way through this job...My house is over 100 years old and it was rough looking...IT Looks Like New Now...and their prices are good to. Five Star also has a good guarantee on their work and product ...You cant go wrong with these guys ...I would and will hire them again .

Installers sloppy with caulking. Forgot to caulk some areas inside and out and left caulk smears dried on the outside of the 2nd story windows that had to scraped off with a razor blade.

This was the worst home repair I have ever had. I was charged for work that was not done from his previous subcontractor. The facia keeps falling off the house because the rotted wood was not replaced. They have come back out several times to make ongoing repairs but if was done right the first time I would not have these issues.

We had new windows done and the guys did a great job. They were on time and completed the job on schedule. The house was kept clean and in good order. Greg explained the project very clearly and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

When I called the office and left a voicemail, I did not receive a return phone call for days. However, when I used the cell phone number for my sales representative, he either answered or called me back within hours. The service man who installed my job also provided me his cell phone number in the event we would need any emergency work done. Very happy with finished product.

I agreed to hire them for my gutters on Thursday and the following Monday they installed them. The salesperson was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends, and will definitely use them for future projects.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Five Star. It did take a little longer than expected to get the windows installed, however, that is due to the manufacturer not being able to keep up with the demand. I only had a minor communications shortfall with the scheduler from Five Star and the installer. The windows have made a huge difference in the comfort level in our upstairs and I cannot wait to replace the main floor windows to cut down the drafts entering the house. Thanks Five Star Home Exteriors for a job well done.

A new sliding glass door was installed and the experience was not pleasant. Communication is terrible and our door always seemed to miss the truck therefore we waited longer than expected for installation. It turned out to be a bigger project than expected but I only know this because the installers constantly reminded us how burdened they were by it. The product is beautiful and they did eventually come back out to address our concerns but the technician was always complaining about how far we lived and was never pleasant when I had to call to follow up, because they would never call us to update us when they were coming back out to finish

This is uncommon of Five Star and please do not judge us on this one survey. It seemed to me that once I personally got a call from the customer for a bid on putting up some James Hardie next to the work we were doing and they did not like the bid... Windows are of good quality and price was competive, BUT the installation had too many uncaulked seams, and had many small remnant pieces to finish the windows. Installation was unprofessional, and It is my belief I am missing a rebate sticker from one of the casement windows.
