Ryan recently replaced the roof and skylights and did some additional light contracting on our house. I could not be more pleased with the overall quality of work, service and professionalism of Flegel Contracting. Ryan is attentive, hard working and honest. He worked with us to find the right materials for our needs, his pricing was fair and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Flegel contracting, and plan to continue hiring him as needs arise.

Quality work but a few phone calls regarding times and missed appointments would have been helpful as I cancelled several other activities as I was expecting someone to show up. But the quality of the work was great and the workman was very polite and helpful. Thank-you very much.

Flegel requested and received from me a $2500 deposit to "order the roofing material". Then he didn't use the money for our roofing material, and we ended up waiting 2 weeks with our roof covered by the felt underlayer while roof material got ordered and delivered, and then it wasn't our first color choice. The final payment I made out to the Roofing Material Supplier + Flegel Contracting, and Flegel deposited this without getting it endorsed by the Supplier, forcing me to contact banks to get the check returned for proper endorsement before he settled my roofing account with the supplier. Maybe just careless mistakes, but he lost my trust.

Since the siding/window installers camped out(to save money) they were slightly hygiene-challenged. Not offensive though! They worked according to the sun-early and late. They also cleaned the worksite before leaving each day. Problems with material supply were common. No time was wasted though. I was impressed with the quality of the work. They were spendy but worth it!
