This company did a terrible job on the floors. There were sand marks, irregular staining, imperfections all over the floors. They were so badly done they resanded them and restained them. They were better the next time but still not very good. Overall, it was a very bad experience. They caused us great inconvenience, and the job they did was substandard.

We were very happy with the service. At times, there can be issues involved with refinishing floors. There was a spot that we were not happy with. I contacted Al and he immediately responsed to me and scheduled a time for the correction to be taken care of. And it was. I would recommend them in the future. Also, very nice workers.

The estimate was done in an efficient, timely manner. The workers arrrived on time, with nice attitudes, never stopped working, cared for our belongings as if they were their own, and left beautiful floors behind them. They were fabulous. The office contacted us immediately when we needed answers. All in all, they were as professional as can be! I have already recommended them to a friend.

Durability was a major concern for us, as we have pine floors, and FI assured us that a sealant plus two coats of poly (which they consider three coats) was sufficient. Job was finished in two days as promised but when we returned from the hotel the next morning, we found all sorts of dirt and wood chips had dried into the finish. We complained, and they sent a team back out to buff it out and apply a third coat of water poly, no charge (except another hotel night for us). While the floors look great, one month in, we're finding the durability just isn't there. Simply dropping a remote control leaves a bad ding in the finish.

It went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the work that was done.

This company was fabulous. We originally contracted to to 2 rooms in September and had to cancel due to a family emergency. We contacted them 5 months later and added a 3rd room to te job. The work was started and completed in one day!!! and the men that performed the work were very plesant and professional. I will hire them again in the near future to refinish 3 other rooms. The speed and courtesy were outstanding.

I chose Floor Installations, Inc for the dustless sanding system and their price compared to the other contractors. Having a couple of cats it was a plus in terms of cost and convenience not having to get a hotel room while the work was being done. Al was accommodating in setting up the initial consultation and everything he said was reflected in the work Bruno and Moses accomplished. Please give Bruno and Moses the extra $50 for the excellent work perfomed. THANKS

I am satisfied with my laminate floring installation. Fast, professional, accurate. There is some small blemish (a corner of one plank seems to delaminate a litle) that they offered to fix righ away or at any time of my choosing. Since it wasn't convenient for me to do it than, I decided to wait a few month to see if the seemingly chipped corner of one plank will start to get worse. So far there are no changes, so I will probably call them in a spring to fix it. I do not anticipate any prob., just minor inconvenience of taking maulding off and replacing the board. The blemish is truly minor. So I will bother with it only if it will get worse.

OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS QUITE GOOD. AL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMODATING. THE WORK WAS PROFORMED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE ONLY DISAPPOINTING ASPECT OF THE JOB WAS THAT THE INSTALLER CUT THE STAIRNOSE ABOUT A � IN SHORT. CONSEQUENTLY THERE IS A GAP BETWEEN THE STAIR NOSE AND THE WALL.

Al came to our house on a Sunday morning to look at our kitchen and show us samples. He had a sample that we loved and gave us a quote that was lower than anyone else we had talked to, so we decided to hire him. He scheduled us within a week, and his workers were prompt and courteous, and did an excellent job. We love our floor and would highly recommend Floor Installations.

The new laminate floor looks great! The cement floor underneath was uneven and the crew smoothed it out before putting the laminate down. The bump that was there is not noticeable now. The crew was prompt and finished the job in the amount of time I was told it would take. I was undecided on which flooring to get, but Al assured me the one I finally picked would look good. He was right.

They did an excellent job and the men who showed up proved to be very reliable and expert.
