surveyors came over within 24hrs,that was great!!!! however it took too long to get the actual surveys,it took several calls and weeks later to get the survey.

Gave 2 property addresses to survey and recieved one back with both addresses. Was quoted a price for both and told the price is for one property. Only because it happened on the phone that I didn't pursue some kinda relief. If you use this company, get it in writing exactly what is being done and how much it will cost. The woman in the office don't know what they are doing.
