Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
I hired the lawn service because I am selling the house and not in town to take care of it. I needed a company I could trust to do the job without supervision. My realator says the yard looks great each time he goes over there. The price is fair for cuts twice a week.

I still need one sprinkler head "moved" from behind a tree in my front yard. I mentioned this to my salesperson, but he might have forgotten.

Sod Installation
Mature Fig tree was removed by mistake. It is to be replaced by a younger plant, but this has not yet been done. Sod Install was postponed one day. Technician Visit to check sprinkler coverage after install was delayed two days without any notification. Sprinkler Heads were damaged and mis-aligned during sod install. Had to try to fix them myself. Sod Install broke an irrigation pipe. I have no way to compare this level of service, quality, budget with others, as this is the first and I think last time will have this done.
