I hired Flowtech Mechanical for my new natural gas furnace and ac heat pump. I had a few estimates from other companies. Brian stood out as an individual who you could trust and he seems honest and trustworthy. He arrived on time and arranged for a buyer for my old equipment. Not even my current oil supplier would do that. I'll review again after it is all working for a while, but cannot foresee any problems.

Brian and his team are the great for what I asked for. Peace of mind with him and his team.

When I looked at the reviews here I had trouble believing them (after all I am a very cynical NY person....). Now that I have dealt with Brian I am adding my five stars worth. He came out the same day I called and quickly figured out my problem. He fixed it the next morning and charged me a price that was more than fair. When it comes time to replace both of my central air units Brian/Flowtech is the place I will use. This is the best ServiceMagic experience I have ever had!

Brian was a very nice young man who did a great job and he was honest when he told me that there should be a piece in the drip pan on the air conditioning unit but I didn't have to have it. I appreciated that. I signed up for yearly service for my a/c and heating unit.

Awaking Sunday morning to a puddle of liquid under my boiler, I called Bottini to inquire about an emergency service call. I was told that a tech MAY not be available & it would cost $150 just for the tech to enter my home! I called Brian from Flowtech & he was at my home 2 hrs later for a portion of that cost. Brian quickly identified the problem & explained it in terms that a woman could understand. After preparing several quotes for us, we made our decision & Brian was at our home the next day going over paperwork & planning for the install. Brian is professional, courteous & thorough. His prices can't be beat! We are VERY pleased!

I've never had a repair job done where it was a pleasant experience; nonetheless, Flowtech's representative made me feel very comfortable in the job that was done. Brian met me at my rental property Sunday of Labor Day weekend on 2 hrs notice. He completed a job for half the price my old plumber would have cgarged. To top all that off, he came back to check my basement after a heavy rain without me even calling him! There was some damage to my new water heater which he repaired without charge! By the time Icalled him to ask him to check things out for me all this was done! Guess who my new plunber is.
