From start to finish- every person we delt with from this company was friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked within the exact time-frame anticipated. They also worked with our limited options for the carpet to be replaced, and worked within our budget as well. We have had BAD experiences with carpet installers in the past, but this was smooth sailing throughout. What a treat to receive such pleasant customer service in a world where customer service continues on a downward spiral, & simple projects become huge problems. Thank you all!!!!!! We will use this company again without hesitation.??
