The electrician was prompt and did a very good job

Following the electrical & hail storm we had in the Katy on Jan 9 my GFCI circuit would not reset. Roberto did arrive at the scheduled apt time and is was very personable. I knew the problem was probably in one of the outside outlets of which there are three and had discussed it when I schduled my apt. Well after four hours, three holes in my bathroom wall, one crack in my hardie plank, and 492$ the bad outside outlet was finally replaced. I had other damage & filed an insurance claim which I needed the proper invoice to be emailed to my ins adjusted and after a week this still has not been done.

The electrician was fast and courteous. He knows exactly what he was doing. It took only 2 minutes to change the Breaker Switch of my stove.

I had started installing 1 of 3 ceiling fans myself and had run into a problem with the installation. I called fort bend electric after getting the name from service magic at 4pm and they came out and finished the job that day. Roberto did an excellent job. All 3 ceiling fans are running properly. Had four bathroom vent fans and one electrical outlet replaced. On time and performed the work expeditiously and at the price quoted.

jCalled back immediately. Someone was at my house in a few hours. The project turned out to be large and was started the next day. Very happy with the service.

Hung some fans in my house, pretty much next day. Reasonable price compared to other contractors. Guy that came out didn't seem to have all the info that I provided to Fort Bend on the phone ... but he did a real good job. Price was as quoted; no additional fees. Also, put plastic down around everything and cleaned up.
