Overall, I was satisfied with his work. One suggestion is that he could be more organized. He made numerous trips back and forth, in and out of my house, to his truck to get tools and supplies. I would use him again.

Frank was a pleasure to work with. He was realistic in his estimation of the time to complete the work that needed to be done. He was prompt and kept me informed on the progress of the project. I had some lighting fixtures installed and I'm very satisfied with Frank's work. I plan to use him again in the future.

Frank was at the home exactly when he said he would arrive. He completed the job(s) in a timely manner and was even under his estimate. He repeatedly let it be known that the original estimate was just that, and problems or lack of could increase or decrease the estimate. Being in an older home where one thing leds to another I had anticipated an increase in the estimate and was very pleased to have a decrease.

Mr. Franel was very accommodating to our schedule. He came to our house and finished quickly.

My service man was very good and helpful. I will use him again.

I feel that I was overcharged. I was charged for three hours of work and in actuallity only 1 and1/2 work was done on Sunday and 1/2 hour was done during the estimate on the Thursday before. I do realize that I wasn't charged for the $10 extra dollars for the internet referral or the few dollars for the screws that were needed, but that still would have been less than 1 hour of service.

Frank did a great job and was pleased with the results.I would recommend him to others. Suggestion when contracting work for a house that is 'FOR SALE' and needs to comply with new electrical codes, he should check with the suburb to determine if a permit is needed before work is started.

I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

I will consider for my next project

I am a single parent and I am always caution about contractors taking advantage. I had three contractors come out and give me estimates. Franel Electric gave the best bid. Electrical work is charged by the hour, so I was looking for them to go over time and charge me more, but the time he took was exactly what he quoted me. He was on time and was very professonal and the work was outstanding. Franel is now my regular electrician, an electrician I can trust.

I would recommend him to others.

cool dude. used him to install a fan in my bedroom as well even though his initial estimate was doubled. $120 to over $200. but it was fair so i was happy. nice guy.
