They were on-time and called ahead. They did all the work they quoted. They did the work for the quoted price even with a few suprises. Then even referred some of the additional work I was interested in to someone else that could provide that service cheaper than them! They are my new plumbing and heating company!!! They simply rock!

Time will tell if all is OK. I like the yearly check / cleanup offered (extra insurance) as I'm not good at remembering this myself. He is a great plumber.

Ben Franklin Plumbing did a great job! They explained their entire process prior to coming out to look at the job and then gave a written estimate so you knew how much it was going to cost up front. They were very timely and their communication was EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. The costs are a bit high, but it's quality work and as I said before, excellent customer service.

The plumber was very courteous and personable, but the pricing was outrageous. My plumbing work, which actually turned out to be nothing but a simple caulking job around the faucet and a recommendation to re-grout my tile was $218!

The pricing is very high and priced per task rather than per hour. 3 hrs work minus parts cost me about $225. per hr., however the plumber was very proficient.
