Frank was very responsive to my request for a quote. He promptly went to the job site, surveyed the work, checked his suppliers and responded with a reasonable price. He took one window to his supplier to verify that they could re-glaze the double glazed sash. After verifying the correctness of the repair. He then took half of the windows out the next day, had them repaired and re-installed them the same afternoon. The remaining windows were done the following workday. My tenants only had to be without the window for a few hours. He communicated well with my tenants, telling them exactly what to expect in advance.

Professional, efficient and a very nice man! He returned my calls, accommodated my requests and stayed in touch about parts he needed to order and when they would be available. He came when he said he would be at my house. I would not hesitate to call Frank again if I need any window or door work.

A real craftsman, he came and assessed the job then made a reasonable price quote. He came when he promised and then performed the repair in a workman like manner which means he left the job looking as good as new. He's a personable guy and I would certainly use him again.

Frank,arrived a little early to do the job,which impressed me. The job he did looked good,but the final analysis will be after a few rainstorms,to see if the leaks have been fixed.

I haven't hired anyone yet but if I'm thinking about Frank to do my windows. He seems knowledgeable and professional but above all I like the fact that he only specializes in windows and doors.

I have not used Mr. Schultz yet, but he is still being considered for the job. His responsiveness was very good and he seems knowledgeable. Even if he does not get this job, I would consider him for future jobs.

Frank did a great job on replacing a broken vinyl window. He offered a very good window product (Alside) at a decent rate. Both he and his assistant did a very professional job and left the work area clean and tidy. Would recommend Frank Schultz to others and use him again myself.

Working with Frank was wonderful. We needed to re-schedule our first appointment, but other than that everything proceeded very quickly. Frank is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and extremely punctual!!! We were leaving for vacation in Europe and Frank did everything in his power to get my window ordered and installed prior to our leaving.
