Needed a dvd drive replaced on my combo tv asked if it would last he said for years. Within 3-4 months it stopped working and just said manufacturer will not replace it.

"When this customer called to inform me that there was a problem with the television again I agreed to look at the television again at no charge even though it was beyond our warranty. I informed this customer that parts supplied from the manufacturer came with a 90 day warranty directly from the manufacturer. This customer never brought the television back for me to evaluate so I don't even know if the part we installed was defective or not."

He is an absolutely great guy. My TV is my thing, is my staple for my sanity. I never knew him before, he is a friend now. We do not have a good TV repairs in the area. He was very quite,very courteous, very conscientious, knows what he is doing. He is one of those that know what they are doing, very nice person.
