They did not do all the cleaning expected of them and they had to come back to my house to complete.

"This was a one-time detailed cleaning of a clients home, the home had not been cleaned for some time due to a surgical procedure. The client pointed out three areas that had not been completed or were not completed to her satisfaction. The largest area of concern was that furniture had not been moved to vacuum underneath. This had never been discussed during the bid process. We responded immediately to her concern; we called her and offered several options to return to correct the issues, per our guarantee. A time was arranged two days later and we returned and corrected the issues. The client stated that these efforts were satisfactory."

Mike is a wonderful person. They are professional, accommodating, and their prices are awesome! The first time they cleaned for me I came home to a clean house, that smelled fresh! (Not like disinfectants.) I have a dog and they are wonderful with him, and they use green products so I don't have to worry about what he gets into. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am very happy with Freedom Cleaning Services. After our first meeting I knew that we could trust them in our home. Another reason that I chose their company is because they use "green" cleaning products. This is very important to me because we have three cats. Mike and Mardi are very friendly and courteous. They have excellent follow up emails and phone calls. They are good with our cats and offer a reasonable price for their services. It is so nice to come home to a clean house. I would definitely recommend their services.

They are helpful and accomodating--they came out with pretty short notice. To give constructive, helpful criticism I would say that the cleaning needs to be more thorough. I have had most cleaning services do the floors from corner to corner, in every corner, move furniture and also dust the mopboards. I did end up doing some of the cleaning myself, which was somewhat disappointing after spending over $100. That is almost the most money I've spent before on cleaning. This company uses very good cleaning products.
