Brian Feenan ( Fresh Air Heating and Cooling),was hired in May 08 to install an H'VAC system in our new construction home. He was paid $14,000 as a deposit. We jointly modified the contract to have geothermal HVAC installed. Ultimately Fresh Air neither completed the geothermal as we asked him to, nor did he complete the small amount of duct work, connecting line sets, provide a humidifier, etc. that he had agreed would be fair compensation for the $14,000 deposit. He did not complete this work, return calls or letters; he is completely unresponsive and his word means nothing. He owes us a significant amount of money.

This doesn't really apply since I never met Brian, but spoke to him on the phone instead. He was helpful, but did not keep the appointments we made (he came early or not at all, though he did call) on two days when I purposely left work early to meet with him. I appreciated his help a great deal, but it was inconvenient to not be able to meet with him.
