Nobody is perfect but these people are very very good. Our home is especially difficult to clean because we run a small business out of our home and share it with a parrot and two dogs. They get the job done without snooping or stealing or bothering me. I would highly recommend them.

nothing was moved during dusting, floors were sticky, floors were not swept or cleaned well. carpets still had particles on them. Bathroom floor and shower were still not cleaned well. Items on sink in both bathroom and sink were not moved and cleaned either. I have a very small in-law in the basement of a friends home. 75.00 dollars is allot for one bath, one bed, kitchen, living area, and laundry area. I would estimate between 4&500 square feet. I just expected a better job, and more effort for the money.
Response from Fresh Start Cleaning Services, LLC
"I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with our service. Our service has a guarantee for your satisfaction. I wished you'd let us know prior this review as we would have come back. You cancelled after my email reminder of your next scheduled cleaning with no mention of you not being satisfied. Please know all items were moved dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. Exclusion was your large ship as we did not want to break anything. Your charge was our minimum cleaning fee which I informed you of on our first conversation when you hired us. This is for 2 people, gas and cleaning chemicals provided. Sorry you were unhappy as we aim to give A+ service."
