Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
In an effort to obtain my business, Fulcrum offered an initial service free of charge with a signed contract so that they could accommodate� my business. After the initial service, a reduced service of $99 would apply quarterly. James indicated the contract could be terminated at anytime, with a termination fee of $99, When the services were terminated, Mr. Sullivan did not honor the written contract and charged my credit card $99 for the initial service, then an additional $99 for the termination fee.
