He told us things about the way our heating system worked that we did not know. He also used a camera to inspect inside the furnace and found a large crack in it. He showed it to us and explained that it was dangerous and had to be replaced. As we have a Home Warranty, we had to call them and they sent another technician who confirmed the diagnosis, so we will be getting a new furnace on the warranty. Fuller charged less for the visit than the Home Warranty guy!
