I am very pleased not only with the superior workmanship and quality of my cabinets, but with the designer's ability to perceive and execute the exact details of what I wanted in the final design. I also must compliment the installers who were most professional and knowledgeable craftsman and did an excellent installation.

I am a meticulous and picky shopper. There were a few miscommunications at the initial stage of the process, but overtime Knossos managed to prove that (1) they listen to their customers; (2) they know what they are doing; and (3) they have professional staff that carry out the work. My custom radiator cover with cabinet/storage turned out to be exactly what I asked for. I will recommend Knossos to any person who admires good carpentry work done by experienced professionals.

Unbelievable service. We brought photos of our current wall unit to show what we needed and with delightful collaboration in 2 hours we had EXACTLY the design we wanted ( without even knowing it) GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

The cabinet itself was pretty good. I'm happy with it. But they had me wait 7 weeks after telling me it would take 3. They could've called and told me that the special material I had ordered had not arrived yet and I would've understood. But all I got was 7 weeks of silence. When I inquired after 4 weeks the guy who answered said will come the next week (it didn't) and he had a surly attitude. Before the project started I warned them that my floor is not level. They said they'd put adjustable feet on the cabinet (like the ones on major appliances). Did it arrive with adjustable feet? No.

From the very first contact I had with Knosso over the phone, they were extraordinary warm, courteous and professional. I was very impressed with Knosso's facility as well. I could tell ahead of time that I had made the correct choice of companies to build my project.The four pieces of furniture that the experts at Knosso handmade for me were fabulous!! Every piece turned out exactly as I planned, hoped for and dreamed of. I would unequivocally use Knosso again!
