They were always willing to be flexible in pickup and delivery. They took the time to get my approval (for added cost and time) before proceeding with my optional requests.

Job was only half finished. They said they needed to order a part to complete repair and would be back/in contact with in a week or as soon as part was in. NEVER heard from them again. Job also cost more then estimate.

Courteous, prompt, reasonable, knowledgeable and professional. Tom made what appeared to be an overwhelming project to me, look easy. He had the right hardware, tools, knowledge and skills to complete the job in a short period of time.

He was very quick in completing the job and did good work. I would call on him again if I needed other repair work. The cost was reasonable.

The person who came over to fix our furniture was very professional and accomodating to our questions about the work to be performed. He explained what was going to be done and how long the repair would take. The repair after completion was excellent and the furniture was restored back to the original look. Greatly appreciated Furniture Medic. I would definately use them again.

He picked up the piece yesterday and gave me a bid. The bookcase/hutch part had fallen from the desk and hit the floor. He is able to repair it and I am very pleased. He is very knowledgeable about many things and I am sure it will be done right.

It took longer than promised but they did s super job

Project is not yet complete, but so far so good. He ordered parts and will call to complete the job when he reeives them.

Arrived 10 min early for the appointment. Was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He even checked some other stuff at no extra charge. Would absolutely use a again if needed.

Tom worked on both my doors until he figured out what was wrong. Diligent and both doors are fixed! Thank you!
