I did not like the job the cleaners did at all. They were supposed to do the laundry as was agreed but arrived and said they only had 2 hours and they didn't know they were supposed to do it. They did not clean any windows like I requested. They did a very quick run through the apartment. Not even properly cleaning tables. Just a light dusting. I will not use this service again.

They were great, with two exceptions. (1) The pricing on the description I received advertised $10 off, but they raised the price once they found out I came to them through ServiceMagic, so it ended up a wash--no discount. (2) They were 2.5 hours late in arriving, which ruined my dinner plans and caused my husband to leave work early for no reason. Once they arrived, though, their work was excellent.

Norma's people are always great. Norma is always available and very professional.

I would not hire this service again. They didn't even use cleaning products in some places! They clearly cut corners and rush so as to get out as quickly as they can and move on to the next job. Quality is lacking. Plus I have had several problems with scheduling appointments and mistakes made on their part. After they were done my house didn't even smell like it had been cleaned. I guess that's probably due to the fact that they don't use any cleaning products, rather they just wipe everything down with a rag. Basically, they move the dirt around rather than clean. I do not recommend!

The job was completed on schedule and the personnel were friendly. Can't say the housecleaning itself was exemplary - about the same as any other maid service.

I contacted them on a Sunday (the day prior to Labor Day). They were cleaning our home on Monday morning. They did a great job. I will hire them again. Our Tuesday open house was that much better!

the girls didn't clean one of my bathrooms! This was on a friday, when i was expecting guests...and it was the guest bathroom. I also had to remind them to clean the counter where i keep my coffeepot. they were both out hte door and i had to ask them to come back in and finish. I called GN and told them about the bathroom, but they only offered a free half hour the next time i call. I paid for a full service but i did not receive what i was charged for. that is very disappointing.

The young ladies were professional and customer service oriented. They did such a good job that I have decided to hire the service on a bi-weekly schedule for regular cleaning.

I think the cleaning crew did a fabulous job. Our apt. was embarassingly dirty and they did an outstanding job, were very courteous, and our apt. looks wonderful. I would be interested in them coming back- maybe once a month- if they wanted. Our apartment still looks great and I guarantee the next month it won't be even half as bad as it was. Is it possible to negotiate the rate if we started to have them come once a month? I was really impressed with their work. It was outstanding. Maura (310) 383-3566
