They were quick, but the final work product showed the haste with which they completed the job. Even after I discussed my displeasure with the results, the owner offered no follow-up services to fix the problems.

Communication was rated fair because contractor made decisions concerning paint glossiness without consulting us first. We forgot to discuss the paint finishes, so focused we were on color choices, so we as consumers are partially responsible. We did not rate Budget and Value "very good" because we have no previous experience to compare this to, but given the overall experience, we feel it will be good, especially in the long run. Overall, we are very happy with the work, and would consider using the company again in the future.

I found that dealing with Tom Gallo of Certa ProPainters to be a refreshing experience in the world of contractors.Hi punctuality along with the excellent customer service I recieved were something that I have never experienced before in hiring someone to do work at my home. Iwould highly recommend tom and his staff especially Carlos Romeros.
