Totally satisfied with this company. We talked over the phone to see if I could fix myself. They came out, did what needed to be done, ASKED if I wanted more done for long term satisfaction, and even threw in a little extra.

I feel as though this is a very trustworthy gentleman who takes great pride in the quality of his work, and will never steer you into something that you don't need. A good man who does good work.

Louis responded very quickly to my request for service. We agreed upon a meet time and Louis was there when I showed up a few minutes early. He installed a new garage door opener the next day, with the bill amount as quoted. I found him to be extremely courteous and explained the operation to me, offering me advice on getting the most wear out of my opener. I highly recommend him for any job within his expertise and would definitely use him again.

He responded promtly. When your 250lb garage door won't work that's really important! He fixed the problem and the door operated more quietly than it has in the five years I lived in this house.

Louis was very quick to respond. He had someone stop by that afternoon even though I didn't make my inquiry until 3:00pm or so. The onsite evaluation confirmed my thought that the motor had locked up. The replacement was done the next morning. Everything was very professional and fast. I'm very satisfied. If I need assistance with my other garage door, I will definitely call Louis first.
