Finally I spoke with a company that knows their business, is professional and spends the time up front evaluating the potential problems and oroviding solutions with quality products and various financing options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My husband I were nervous about who to choose for our very big home improvement project. We had multiple contractors come to give us a quote. G.S. was basically in line with the other quotes but gave us a slightly better deal to win our business. But that being said, the reason why we ultimately chose G.S. was because of how long they���ve been in business and their reputation. We���re so happy with them. They did a beautiful job. They're extremely neat and professional. They truly care about their reputation and it absolutely shows in how they treat their clients!

We encountered several problems with Garden State. First, their salesperson didn't disclose important information: ONE team does not complete siding, window & gutter installation. Instead, THREE separate crews do the work with DAYS/WEEKS in between each completing their job. It has been almost 2 1/2 weeks since our siding was completed but we have NO gutters because we're waiting for another crew to finish (highly problematic considering recent rain!) Garden State STILL asked for full payment without work completed. In addition, their salesperson misrepresented their materials and installation process to gain a sale and misquoted us twice.

The wall had not been repaired for some time, and the stucco was falling off in multiple places, especially where water seepage (from the top of the wall) had caused pressure points. The crew was efficient and allowed my input at multiple points during the application. The addition of the stone cap on the patio wall (2 sides of a rectangle) will prevent or slow down the water seepage. My one disappointment: any plants not moved from the beds were pretty much trampled, even though the workmen covered the area to prevent the cement from making too much of a mess. They did come back, but I had to wait until the next year.

Jon the representative was very professional as were the installers who did a great job and did a nice clean up afterwards. We received a number of phone calls from customer service asking how things were going. We even received a call from the president of the company after we contracted with them.

Great results, but you pay for it. I would use them again. Warning: Don't call for an estimate or let them in your home until you are actually ready to pull the trigger. They push a heavy sell and I am still uncomfortable about the experience. That being said I'd still use them again for my next project, they were very fast, thorough, they cared, they payed a lot of attention to whether I was happy or not, and they can repair and seal stucco like no one else. They can even help with design ideas if you want a hand.

Barring some mistakes, I got 85% of what I wanted. The installer was very agreeable and accomodating. I feel there should be 4 men on my job instead of 3. The new guys should have been monitered and insturcted on what was expected to prevent mistakes.

I had a job that I needed completed immediately because I was getting water in the house. After calling several times, the job was completed a month later and I am still getting water. Communication has been horrendous!!!!

Waited 30 days for action after signing contract. Sent cancelation letter. Was threatened with legal action if I did not comply. Signed new contract for modified work. Work was not performed to my satisfaction. There was no followup by the vendor to see if I was satisfied. There were areas not addressed which I had to repair. The painted areas did not match the existing surface. The walls look like a camouflaged building.

Cost was competitive. Handled the permit application. Punctual in their work. did an excellent job. Cleaned up. Explained their decisions and what they were doing clearly. 0% Financing was a big plus. No surprises. Workers were friendly and qualified even when working in tight quarters and heat.

Lisa their sales rep was at our house explaining soup to nuts on the advantages of Garden State. She did everything she could to make the experience one that would leave no doubt that Garden State should be the co. we should choose. Pricing options, financing and discounts were presented to us so we could make a construction decision fit our financials.

Sales person very helpful. However, during installation period, not all materials were delivered which caused delays. Workmanship was satisfactory - no more. I requested a change re: window capping dimensions (from two to four inches) which was refused by installer when only two of ten windows had been capped.

Garden State's installer did and exceptional job on the siding our house. They were very professional and kept the work site very clean. I would recomend this company to anyone who is looking to have their home resided, not just with vinyl siding but all other types of siding, They are very good at what they do.
