Mr. Garr knows his business is very effective in getting the job done. I would suggest that his crew give more considerationand respect to the residents of the property. For example, failure to clean up after themselves after eating, leaving the premises unsecure when they know their are pets on the property and most important not putting their tools and supplies in a designated area so that we, the residents don't mistakenly step on barbedwire or rusted metal. Mr. Garr did correct the problem when I discussed it with him and was very professional.

Unprofessional job performed. Just replacing an existing shower enclosure was horrendous. There were extra holes drilled in the existing tiles because Mr. Garr didn't measure properly, the caulking job was done extremely sloppy including caulking gaps. The second bathroom shower was tiled so poorly that I am convinced the person doing the job was not a professional. I could have done a much better job myself! A job which should have taken no more than 7 days to complete was not completed before Christmas and is still not completed today 1/20/07. I've decided to finish it myself. I do not recommend Garr Construction Co to anyone, ever!
