I hired GBC Floors to install wood floors in my stairwell and to fix some damaged wood in other areas of my home. In the stairwell,they had to customize one step which did not match the remaining steps. I spoke with GBC Floors and they promptly ordered a new step to fix the problem. Unfortunately, it took over 2 weeks (and several missed appointments) for them to correct the issue. Ironically, the replacement job only took 15 minutes to complete The missed appointments were the only major bad experience that I had with GBC Floors and has marred an otherwise oood review.

I was very pleased with the work they did in all 5 rooms. Their rep, Angela, was a pleasure to work with--very willing to work with me to be sure I got everything I wanted. Their tile man, Freddie, was extremely talented and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect job. If I had any rooms left to tile, I would hire them again!!

We purchased excellent tiles from GBS Floors. The price was competitive with Home Depot or any other volume seller. Their skilled workmen did a professional job in a timely manner, cleaned up any debris that resulted from their work and were helpful and courteous in advisisng us how best to keep the tile in good shape for future.
