Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
I've heard so many horror stories, I approached this project with great trepidation. But Jeff was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job installing my hardwood floors! He showed up promptly each morning and completed the job within the time frame he had promised. I couldn't be more pleased. In fact, I have already recommended him to a co-worker. I will definitely be contacting him in the future when I have saved enough to extend the hardwood down the stairs.

Wood Flooring Refinish
Jeff called very promptly and showed up the same day for the estimate. His estimate for installation of 800 sf prefinished natural maple hardwood was fair. I had ordered the wood from Canada, and early in the job he identified that 6 boxes of wood had a different edge milling than the other 40 boxes. Jeff completed the installation of all the proper size wood, and I am still waiting for the new boxes to arrive. Jeff is very patient in this regard. The floor looks great.

He's a wonderful man. I'd give him 6 or 7 stars if I could. I was so impressed with the communications skills he has. I have recommended him to my son.
