the bathroom was done on schedule by several very careful workers, with no problems Advise on materials was very helpful and Mike was clear in explaining all that was to be done.

I appreciated his knowledge and his finding a way to deal with my problem in a way that did not break the bank. Very prompt and courteous.

I am extremely happy with Gem ORION. They are very trustworthy and the job is always cleaned up every evening. They remoldeld a handicap bathroom which is beautiful. They are doing such a great job I am having them put on a dining room addition to my home, to include insulating the walls in my home as well.

Jeff, the Master Electrician, was very helpfull, resourcefull and provided me the various options in making my final decision for my electrical sub-panel upgrade/replacement. His knowledge and skills helped in solidifying a Successfull Loudoun County Inspection of which supports an upcoming full Bathroom Renovation Project. In the future, I will definitely include Gem Orion, LLC, in my next Project, of having my Kitchen fully Renovated. Gem Orion was very flexible on installment payments and honored the last payment on the condition of the Loudoun County Inspection.

Jeff from Gem Orion did great installation work on a Cummins Onan standby generator. The quality of gas plumbing and concrete pad was also excellent. It was a perfect turn key installation. Customer Service is prompt and courteous. Glad to have taken their assistance on this project.

Our garage had been damaged due to wind storm. Mr. Phillips (Gem Orion's owner) gave me an honest estimate for the rebuild cost. Their crews (Jeff, Darryl, and Mark) were experienced worker and did excellent job. Although the project took a bit longer than planned, I was happy with the new garage.

Gem Orion remodeled a half-bath into a full-bath for me. I was very satisfied with the end result which has received many compliments. However, I did observe a couple of areas that could have been improved. These were - messy demolition and poor cleanup, a problem with the vanity drain stop, and tapping of the pipes within the walls after showering. Despite these issues, Gem Orion was easy to work with and built a beautiful bathroom for a reasonable price.

Gem Orion sent Mark Price out to handle our basement remodeling project and he couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. As I'm not very handy myself, he was happy to walk me through everything he was doing so I understood what was going on and explained to me all the options I had from tile laying to lighting installation. Now that the project's done I really think he and Gem Orion were worth every dime.

complete master bath renovation. I have worked with small contractors and big name design/build firms on many projects in the past, so I am not new to the process of home renovation. We are absolutely THRILLED with how our master bath turned out. The team at Gem Orion was terrific through the entire process. Most importantly to me was the fact that they DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. Super responsive, very easy to work with, very professional. We are already putting together our list of other projects and work we want completed in the house. Stop looking around and go with Gem Orion - Sherri, Bob and Mike are absolutely wonderful!

A couple of things here with regard to my feedback. These people are pleasant to work with and were very helpful. Mike is an extremely nice guy and was accommodative in trying to fix the discrepancies below. They did a pretty good job of installing my French doors that led out from my basement. The only thing they missed was some caulking that they had to fix later.As far as my other projects I asked them to complete:1) Install door sweeps for 3 doors and 2) Create shims that go between the window latches and window lip, so my windows would completely seal at the top. I was out of town for a while and wasn�t able to supervise the work that took place. Once I got home, I found issues with my door sweeps and they hadnt done anything with my windows as we had previously discussed during our initial walk through. Of course, I was a little upset that I had to even call them back out to correct the problems and I didnt want to have to waste a Saturday supervising to ensure they got done correctly, but okay, stuff happens. For one of the doors (back door), they did a great job of putting the door sweep on, it was sealed up correctly. For the garage door, there was still a gap that between the thresh hold and the door sweep, which needed fixing. For the front door, the sweep was ripped clean off because they used the wrong sweep. They had to replace it. These guys didnt even bother to figure out what the best door sweeps were for my doors. My guess is that they grabbed the first thing they found at Home Depot and just put it on. As far as the windows go, I had to tell them again what I needed them to do and still they didnt do it right. And, I didnt want to continue to micro-manage someone that I was paying $90.00 an hour. They say they will guarantee it 100%, but whats the point if you have to consistently have to micro-manage the work being done.

Mark did most of the work on replacing my wood floor with beautiful porcelin tiles. What can I say, Mark worked until my project was done perfectly. He like all their workers are craftsmen. They go the extra mile making recommendations and fixing minor problems not noticed before the project was agreed upon. From start to finish including cleanup, was done on time and on costs. I was so pleased with them I had some of my drywall replaced. That too was done to perfection. I highly recommend them to you for this type of work or general contracting.

Superfast to respond to request - arrived on time; did a GREAT job fixing our skylight that the earthquake damaged. Will definitely use them when I need to repair or replace my sklylights.

Gem Orion, LLC is an outstanding company to do business with, in my experience. I checked out 4 other companies before deciding on Orion. Working with them is like working with a good friend who knows the business and wants me to be pleased, in every way, with the product. I went with them to find the right door at a price I could afford and then when that didn't work out, they did additional leg work for me and sent me pictures. Everything was done as promised, no delays, and totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

Ben and his guys were very accommodating and when they got to work, the work was good. Be sure to get and sign a contract before work begins. Prices can change. Beware that they don't use time efficiently - they will be working at your house after dark with cellphones for light.

I would like to complement Ben and the guys at Gem Orion on the great job they did on my kitchen and bath remodeling jobs. The finished work is beautiful. They kept everything clean and neat, swept up every day and never left any mess or debris lying around. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Eric Johnson
