John is doing an excellent job so far. He explains everything he is doing and keeps me informed of the costs of everthing. I am very pleased with John. I can't wait to see the finished product!

John came to my sister's house in Latham to give us estimates for several jobs (fix leaking toilets, install new bathroom faucet fixtures, etc). He's a very nice guy, very professional and very knowledgable. He gave us a written estimate for the jobs, and came back promptly and did a great job on each one, at the estimated price. We have asked John to come back to do several other jobs around the house. I like the fact that I can email him questions and that he responds quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend Giarrusso Contracting!

John came on the scheduled day with 2 helpers, completed all discussed projects thouroghly, left no residue; was professional, friendly and courteous and charged ratel as previiously discussed. I was so happy.

John is without question one of the most responsible contractors I have worked with. I needed an apartment remodeled quickly. John answered promptly, arrived on time to look over the job, and provided me with a quote almost immediately. After contracting with him for the work he began immediately and was thoroughly professional and friendly. Although he does not generally work on Saturdays he showed up to complete the job since he knew the time constraints I was under. The work was exemplary and the price reasonable. I have asked John to act as a handlyman on call for me based on my experience with him on this job.

John called right away and actually gave up his Saturday morning to help me out. He knows his business, was very easy to talk to, gave me some helpful advice during his visit and was very fair with his pricing. John explained options clearly and was honest. I will pass his name along to others and will be sure to use him for any work I will do in the future. You can't go wrong here.

We have nothing but the highest compliments for Giarrusso Contracting. They did a wonderful job with insulting our attic. The were very professional. They also cleaned up any mess that was left, including sweeping the driveway. We would hire them again in a heart beat.

We had a great experience with Giarrusso Contracting. They put in a new tile backsplash in the kitchen and did a bunch of other little projects we needed completed before putting our house on the market. Prices were fair- would highly recommend.

John arrived on time and went right to work on our project, working all day until the project was completed. I found him to be very competent, forthcoming with ideas that we may not have considered, very personable, and willing to apply any and all ideas we had regarding our project. He even volunteered to apply lighting for our project at no charge. Change that! I made him a cup of coffee...fair trade! The finished project made my wife and I very happy, and we will definately be hiring this young man in the future. Do yourself a favor, this is the only person you need to call. He does it all!
