I was blown away by the outstanding service received by the business owner, Gordon, and his technician Tyler. My siding looks as good as it did 16 years ago when I built the house. Tyler was extremely thorough in getting into the "nooks and crannies" of the soffit and more stained areas of the vinyl siding. Gordon and Tyler went the extra mile and cleaned areas that weren't part of the bid (with permission of course). Gordon is very friendly and trustworthy. I haven't worked with a better contractor than Gillihan Construction and my family is in the construction business. Outstanding!

They did an excellent job.

Timing is key for exterior paint, aka summer time, but Gordon made it work late into September, and they did it quickly. My wife was impressed with how clean the crew kept everything, and the finished product is better than we had even hoped for.

Gordon and Bruce did a wonderful job on our house. It looks so nice and we are proud of the house again! They really went the extra mile, doing extra work during the time they were at our property. We are already planning to engage them on another project; this time it will be construction. I have already recommended them to others.

Gordon was clear and friendly during th estimate. His price was very fair and reasonable. His crew worked hard and were fast and very friendly. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards and even repaired my screen door handle when they didn't have to.

Gordon did a great job. We are very happy with the paint job in our rooms. It looks very professional and clean. He was a little hard to get to commit to a time frame of when he could come and I had to be persistent but I am glad I was. I would recommend his work to anyone.

They showed up on time, got right to painting, fixed the painting my husband attempted to do! They got the job Done faster than I expected, the pricing was very reasonable. I will definately use them again.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and how quickly it was done. All of the people involved with the painting were courteous and took care to protect all of the household items from paint splatters . They also did a good job of cleaning up after the job was completed. Prior to starting the painting project, Mr. Gillihan provided me with some excellent ideas of paint choices. I have already recommended him to family members and friends and would not hesitate to use him again. (Which I plan to do as I would like him to paint the exterior of my house.)
