The problem turned out to be a faulty valve in the oven that prevented the gas from flowing through the tube, so the oven is not usable. Chris Gimino was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. He spent at least 20 minutes trying to contact suppliers for the part for my oven, only to find it's been discontinued. (The oven is 30 years old! He suggested where I might find a reliable new oven for a reasonable price. He showed an interest in my problem and went beyond what he was called to do, giving suggestions and advice. I was very impressed. {I will try to replace the oven, and then I am selling the mobile home. So to keep contacting me about this matter will be an exercise in futility. Thank you.}

FANTASTIC in every way. Thank you Home Advisor for sending his name way, he did multiple tasks. Mr Gimin is a great, knowledgeable handy man. Replaced door with frame and all, installed water filtration under kitchen sink, stabilized loose toilet and securded it to floor and filled all cracks in stucco on outside of home.

I just bought a house and hired him to do multiple things so the house would be livable. His attention to detail is amazing and the quality of work is superior.
