The process for the estimate was excellent. Ben is professional, polite, and explains the service very well. Ben also worked around my busy schedule to get the installers her. The installer, Jason, did not repair the window lik it was prior to it beingg broken. The glass does not sit completely tight in the frame. As a result, I was told to only open the window from the bottom, not the middle where the lock are located, the natural place to open window. I was also told that I could buy a sealant and place it in the window myself. I thought that I was paying them to do that. If I misunderstood the service provided, then I apologize.
