Window Glass Installation or Replacement Service
I am a very satisfied customer. Originally I picked this company for the cheapest deal around. Everything was set up as agreed. The receptionist was very friendly and had outstanding customer service skills. The technician was very punctual and professional. Quick sliding door glass replacement, minimal noise, and complete clean up. Will definitely do business again with this company. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Window Glass Installation or Replacement Service
Replaced a double-pane 5x5 low-e window on 2nd floor. They were courteous, showed up on time and did it fast and neat. Also explained the pros and cons of security film without sales push. I realized I didn't really want to pay for it.

Window Glass Installation or Replacement Service
The person was knowledgeable and friendly. He did a good job installing the new window. Arrived promptly for the appointment and cleaned up his mess before leaving the property. I was able to negotiate the initial quote down to a price I could afford, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend the company to friends and would do business with them again.

Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation
Insta;;ation was fine, measurement errors caused a month delay in getting the glass surround installed.
Response from Glass Technologies, LLC
"Dear Bob, Thank you for taking the time to review our Company. Our staff is committed to conducting itself in a manner that reflects the high regard we have for our customers 100% satisfaction and keeping our 5 star rating is our top priority. I am regretful that you experienced a delay in your shower install; with no excuses intended, think it fair to point out the delay was due to our manufactures error and not a measurement error by us. After research, it appears this did cause a 7 day delay for delivery and for this inconvenience, I apologize. Best regards, Kris D."

Window Glass Installation or Replacement Service
The work completely lived up to my expectations. The technitions, and Chris at the business office, were friendly and sincerely cared about my needs. I would, and will, hire Glass Technologies for my next project. By the way, the price, at least in my case, was 25-40 percent less than what the competitors quoted.
