Worked fast. Had a leak after installation and they came and repaired it right away and we haven't had any problems since.

Marc, the sales rep, was very professional and answered all questions. The price was much lower than other estimates I received. The crew was able to finish the job in one day and cleaned up afterwards, not leaving much of a mess at all. They do nice install work. Would definitely recommend!

Lennox AC unit did not work well under extreme weather conditions, when outside temperature exceeded 100 degrees, IE, thermostat set at 78 degrees, but hottest part of the day, the inside temperature climbed to 83 degree (all 4 days of Labor Day weekend heat wave when unit was on 24 hours day). Glenn Heating, while courteous, has not been able to test their installation for possible problems, It's been nearly a month since installation and scheduling has been a problem. Problem, installers made an unnecessary hole in outside wall for hoses when could have used existing foundation vents.

Glenn Air did an excellent job with my installation. The crew finished the entire job within one day, and were very clean. There was a bit more stuff to clean up afterwards on the outside of my house than I would have liked, but it wasn't a big deal. They gave a very competitive price.

He was very detailed and most of all the price was right. His workers were also professional and worked very hard to meet the time line and keep things clean. I was very pleased.

My initial impression of the installers was very poor. They didn't present themselves professionally and didn't even introduce themselves. I spoke with the owner, Mark, afterwards and expressed my concerns about their lack of professionalism. He told me that was something he was working on. Whether or not that was merely lip service, I don't know. As for the salesman, Jeff, with whom we had initial contact, I have no problems. The installation went well and it took less than half a day to do the work. The a/c seems to be working fine. To be honest, I was ready to cancel our contract when the installers came to the door. I guess I'm old school, but I want to see someone in a uniform who comes across as a professional.....Even if the work is hot and thankless. However, I must say, the price was reasonable. We shopped around and got estimates, compared product brands, etc. And after doing all this went with their American Standard product. As the product is new, it's hard to say how good or efficient it is. Would I use the company again? Yes.

They completed the entire job of installing new ducted work etc, in one day! There is. however, a long wait for the city inspection and running the power line if you need a panel upgrade like we did (all older homes do). Edison does this and they took forever! But when all was said and done the air was turned on and we love it! When ever i had a question or concern i would call and i was able to speak with someone and usually i saw results the next day. GREAT SERVICE!

The sales rep called right away and was very knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. The installers were prompt, hardworking, did a thorough job and completely cleaned up after themselves. The only problem was that three of the four installers spoke virtually no English and the fourth was pretty limited, so I wasn't able to understand much of his very brief explanation of how my new heating/cooling system works. If you aren't good with technical manuals (luckily, I am) and want a detailed hands-on demonstration--and don't speak Spanish--I suggest you ask for someone who can communicate more proficiently in English. Otherwise, I'm a very happy customer and would gladly recommend this company.

My home has little attict space and it was very difficult to get the ducts in, but Glen Heating and Air worker really hard to keep the ducts in my attict and not above my roof. I was very happy and pleased with the work.

Very efficient crew off installers

I liked just about everything with this company. The sales representative was very informed and helpful and presented a variety of options. The crew that installed got the job done in one day and there was crew member I could talk to and understand. Everything seemed to be installed ok and they cleaned up their mess. I had a small problem with the new thermostat, but they came out and fixed it the next day....just a loose wire connection. I had shopped around and had other estimates, but Glenn Heating and Air's options, price and presentation was the best.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Glenn Heating and Air. I got 5 different quotes and they were the best price. They also gave the best time. They had the job done in a day an a half. The other companies told me it would be 3 to 4 days and the quotes were much higher. I was also very pleased with the electrician they used.

They were on time, and they completed the project in a timely way. They cleaned up after the job. The price was very competitive.

Service Magic provided me with 4 contractors for a wall furnance replacement. I contacted 3 of 4 and the others were more expensive. Jeff from (Glenn Heating & Air conditioning) phoned me and I explained what the problem I was having with the heating. Because I live far away from the tenants where the wall heater was to be replaced. He automatically set me up with a price and an appointment without looking at the condition of the wall furnace and he beat the other prices. Jeff was very professional and the workers completed the job in no time and with excellent service. Thank you very much Jeff at Glenn Heating and Air Conditioning.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Everything was as promised. Highly recommended!

Many issues arose and I was constantly calling my salesman to clear up the problems who would then refer me to the main office who would then call a field worker to fix the problem. There should be a foreman of sorts on the jobsite. Also...Due to the setup of my home, the upstairs unit is cooling the downstairs family room. I'm hoping this doesn't overwork the unit....This was not discovered until after the units were in place...Not good

still missing grate (?) for living room. also could have used more explaination on how whole house air cleaner worked. but service guy came out the other day and explained everything.
