The rubber seal inside my refrigerator door was all torn up from age. They charged me a $50 trip fee to come out, and came back a week later with the part to install it. That was just today, but so far so good, I'm assuming it's working. The guy sure seemed to know what he was doing, he was friendly, and not scary - if you've ever had a scary repair guy, you'll appreciate that. The guy who took my phone call was really really friendly too. I will call them next time I have a repair on any of my appliances. Evidently they work on everything.

The associate that came to repair the Frig was nice and curious. Not sure if 300.00 was too high or normal to replace the controls. I was afraid that I would loose all the food in the frig if I didn't fix it right away. Also I live in an area where its hard to get repair people to come out, and when they do, the charge just to come out is high.

Professional and honest. When he realized that my refrigerator repair would be covered under a recent repair by GE, he suggested I call them. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly.

Unfortunatley didn't have the part we needed so had to come back to finish the job but the technician was A+, professional and responded very fast. I would hire this company again.
