Customer Service would have received a higher mark if they didn't have to store their equipment on my patio because there wasn't enough room in the vehicle. Since I was leaving town that afternoon, the equipment was left unattended and someone had to come back and climb over the patio to get the equipment. As it is a gated community I felt uncomfortable not being there when they came back.

From beginning to end, Global was fantastic! Professional, great value, staff showed up on time and worked tirelessly to the end. Very meticulous. Based on the mold report before and after the work Global did, they achieved what we wanted - complete eradication! The work performed to restore/repair the affected areas was outstanding! Do not think twice about using this company - they are excellent!!

They came on time and did what they said they were going to do. They were able to come the same week I called them to give me an estimate, then when I was ready to have the work done, they were able to come the same week I called them and said I was ready to have them come. They were able to do the job at a much lower cost than the other companies I got estimates from. Their price was in line with what our insurance would pay for, for mold clean out. They finished the job in time of what they said they would. We were satisfied with the work they did.
