Initial contact was very easy and in the end a decent job was done, however there were many communication issues. Project took 3 x longer than stated. Because of worker contamination we never received clean certificate from air testing and even when the damage was found to be much less extensive then originally bid on, GPS refused to send revised bid until legal action was threatened.

Global prevention services was the only honest company that I felt with in this whole experience. I had received quotes for 6 to 10 thousand dollars and then I would have to remodel my kitchen. Global prevention services saved my kitchen and the price was a fraction of the competitors. They explained the whole process and pass the exit tests with flying colors. They were clean and courteous and very organized in their time and efforts. I would recommend then to anyone. They made a bad experience with mold as positive as I think it could be. They were fantastic.
