A little late, but with other appointments assumed, not such that it detracted from the service. Home inspection provided seemed complete although I had hoped the heating/cooling & septic systems would also have been inspected. Mr. Spillman was competent, friendly, and appeared to have done a thorough job of evaluating the home components and letting me know as he looked at them/.
