Missed the first appointment due to a family emergency. However very promptly arrived for the 2nd appointment, even though it is a weekend. Very happy with the work. Attentional to detail ; very passionate about the work. I am happy overall. I would definitely recommend for others.

Astounding customer service. Chris was hired to clean carpet at my elderly mother's home. He called from there to say his particular cleaning method was not appropriate for her carpet ,and also he was concerned it might aggravate her respiratory problems. He gave me the name and numbers for a different carpet cleaning company,which,he thought,could do the appropriate cleaning. He charged me nothing! He could have done the job,with a possible bad outcome, taken the money,and run. I recommend him highly. M.Marcus,MD

He was prompt, courteous, friendly and always informed me when he was on his way to the property, when he was done and when he faxed over a copy of the receipt. Great customer service! I would use them again and In fact I am referring this company to others we know. We thought our carpet was totally ruined by our renters (tenants) and were afraid we would not be able to save the carpet but so relieved and happy to know that it was deep soil...looked like the tenants didn't clean much...So now the carpet looks almost brand new! The cleanest we have ever seen it! We used another known carpet cleaning company in the past and we were not happy

Chris called quickly and provided info regarding the types of cleaning services which might be most appropriate to our needs. He was clearly knowledgeable & experienced. I requested an appointment; Chris called to confirm his ETA. He arrived on time & well-prepared. The type of material on my antique sofa required special handling. Chris' extensive knowledge & care was much appreciated. When the dry-cleaning method did not much his satisfaction, he spent a significant amount of time exploring other resources for us and at no charge. I would call him first for other items & recommend him.

Chris came to our house, gave us a quote on the price and set up to do the work immediately. He seemed very knowledgeable about carpet and different cleaning processes. The work was done efficiently and our carpet looks like new again! I would definitely use his services again.

Chris did an excellent job on my carpets. He was professional and thorough. I have tried MANY carpet cleaners, and have never been entirely pleased with the results, until now. I called Chris back again to clean up a pet mess on my newly cleaned carpets! He came the next day, cleaned and even had to patch my carpet. You can't see the patch, and my 12 year old carpets look new! Thank you.

A true professional... informs as well as does an excellent job!

Chris was great, very professional, engaging, and forthright. My only complaint is that they came an hour before our scheduled time because of a computer inputting error. That was only a minor problem. They got the job done quickly, and my carpet looks great. I will definitely have them back.
