Grass Masters & Design, Inc. is fully insured and all our employees are fully trained and led by an experienced foreman. As an added feature, Grass Masters & Design, Inc. also offers a full-time service department. All phone calls are forwarded to my management team so we can usually handle any of your questions or concerns immediately. We will return all phone calls. Unlike mega landscape companies we can offer personal care and attention to your home and commercial needs. We are very hands-on and very detail oriented. We try to exceed their idea of quality and feel that we work very hard to get each job done and on time. This customer ordered a special stone that took three weeks to get in. We finished everything we could do on this job and had to go back after the stone step came in. Once it came in they didn't like it so we designed something else.
