Very nice man, was willing to take the time to try and fix my problems for as affordable as possible. When he didn’t have the proper tool to do what was needed he helped me out by getting me in contact with someone else. He’s real and honest! Something that’s difficult to find in this day and age.

Jon and his crew did a great job. They went above and beyond - leveled the cast iron tub for me and even re-plumbed the trap in the kitchen sink which was NOT part of the project at no extra cost. They were here on time, finished the project on time and cleaned up after they were done. Everything works great too! Instant Hot water - glad we got it!

Jon was professional from start to finish. I would use him again, and recommend him to my friends. The job (installing 3 Toto toilets) took longer than he expected, and therefore came in at a cost over his original estimate, but I believe this was mostly due to conditions beyond his control, and he reduced his time charged by 1.5 hours without any prompting from me. All-in-all, a good experience.
