They did a very good job with our painting project and were also able to make a few small outdoor repairs that we needed to have done. Very good price for the work done. We recommended them to friends of ours...

Two men on the job showed up promptly, were well mannered. The supervisor had substantial experience in wallpaper, the trainee needed some instruction. Job took 3 days and the rooms were cleaned to the extent possible at the end of each day. Communications with the workers was excellent: most issues were discussed and agreed in advance This contractor was the lower of two quotes, but their plan was to paper AROUND whatever was on the wall rather than remove light fixtures, medicine cabinet, thermostat, appliance trim. I chose to remove and reinstall all of that. Quality of the work was mostly good. Some small probs are being resolved

They did a good job on staining my new fence and some other powerwashing and trim painting I had done. The painter forget to reinstall one of the gate handles and it is missing, so I am till waiting for him to return it. Other than that, well done!

Over all good. They completed the wallpaper in the time they said they would. Although the paper was not completely stripped, the way they prepared the wall the new paper looks fine.

Although the owner was a very nice person, the paint job was pretty bad. I had to have the painters come back 2 times. The work seemed rushed and the painters seemed like they did not want to be there. I was very disapointed with the work. The owner wanted to come out for the third time to finish the job correctly but I felt that they could not complete the job properly.

Good overall. Friendly, courteous, answered all questions, knowledgable. Could have cleaned up better at end of job. Also missed a few spots, but I'm sure that will be corrected. Price quote was very good. Have already told some people to give them call if house painting is in their plans.

Work was done quickly and neatly. Very pleased with the results.

They were to remove wall paper and repaint in the family room. They ended up painting over the wallpaper, and they have to come out for a 3rd time to try and make it look right. Communication fell after he got paid, but still had to fix their previous work. Other rooms painted looked okay.

Mike was very nice and willing to fix any problems, but overall I am disappointed with the quality of the work. There are areas still not thoroughly covered and touchups are noticeable. Areas on the wall that I thought would be fixed (dents, etc) were just painted over, so the end result is a bit disappointing.

We were very pleased with the job performed by the professionals at Great Looks! They were able to get our job completed quickly at the price quoted. We would not hestitate to recommend them to anyone.

Tried to charge additionally for work that was already included in the agreement. Failed to correct defects in workmanship as promised.

Professional work was done by Great Looks. They came to the job everyday until it was finished and the job was finished quickly with good quality. I would call them again.

We were very pleased with the overall paint job, and they have offered to come out and touch up anything that we noticed was missed. We would use them again.
