Lance was Great! He was available when I needed him. Within a few days of my phone call he did our home inspection. My Real Estate agent liked him so well that she plans to use his service again. Lance was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly to me both as he worked and after. He was not in a hurry. His huge report (given to me typed and in a binder immediately onsite upon his completion) was detailed and easy to understand. You won't be disappointed with his service!
