Mark and his team are excellent craftsmen. They go out of the ordinary to ensure you know what they plan to do, how the project is coming along and to assist in the decision process if there are snags in the work. iwould recommend Mark and his team for any general construction work. In fact, while Mark was checking on our fence work, we hired him to repair our roof beams that had become weathered over the years. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about houses, fences and just about anything related to construction. I would recommend Mark for any type of work. His skill sets are vast and his quality of work is excellent.

Besides being all around nice guys, they build a really good fence. They also helped repair my porch. The porch was a last minut add on when we noticed that winter wasn't kind to me. A corner support beam had moved twice its width & on the brink of falling. Mark only asked for the price of materials since he felt it was an emergency. I am already planning more projects with them!

After getting estimates from 5 different contractors for taking out a load bearing wall, installing a 14 ft beam, and creating a new master bedroom with walk-in closet I chose Mark Andrews. He carefully explained all the options, and the different price points of each. He was very professional and sent me individual bids based on us doing different aspects of the total job ourselves by that same evening. His team showed up and was on time, and very professional. They were also very efficient in their work. They finished in record time and the city inspector approved the work that afternoon

On time always. Dressed properly and no foul language. Mark explained everything clearly so I knew what was going on and what needed to be fixed due to bad mistakes by two other companies. Clean up was thourough.

Mark is a great contractor and person. He has a very knowledge crew who are just as concerned with making everything right as he is. We ran into quite a few problems with my basement upgrade due to poor work prior, but he made it right and didn't charge me and arm and a leg. In fact his prices were more than reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a better team!

Did not do any clean-up on floor of laundry room. The trim placed around window was done poorly. Bent nails showing, trim does not fit uniformly. One of the trim strips was short so another strip was stuck to it, does not look well. The 45 degree cuts do not match up well. The pole replaced in front of house was done very well.

mark and his crew did a great job and now my roof looks bran new and its clean of moss.

Mark called us the instant we requested a bid, and was at the house that afternoon. He was professional, accurate, and did a great job on our deck stairs, and fence. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for home improvement!

Did a good job cleaning out flower beds, but waiting for them to return to finish up racking up thatch along fence lines. Front bed hardscape looks great.

This was a wonderful find - Mark Andrews and his assistant Brian appeared, put together an Ikea desk, which was very complicated, accepted the amount we agreed on, and left.. Such honorable polite and nice men.!

The Andrews team was very responsive. They came out on the same day that I called to present me a bid. Once we set up the times for them to come and do the work they were there on time. They raked my lawn and hauled all the leaves and debris away, Cleaned out my rain gutters which was way overdue and they blew out my sprinkler system. The final price was matched the original bid. I was very pleased with their service. Come spring, if I need any clean up I will definitely call Mark.

I requested bids from several lawn companies in Spokane for a major fall cleanup job. Andrews Maintenance was the first company to call be back, and came in with the lowest bid. They were able to schedule the job within a week, and did a great job! I will use this company again.
