"Customer is obviously disgruntled after he asked me to take 500.00 off of the bill and do one coat of paint on ceilings instead of two. When they looked bad he threatened with a bad review if I did not second coat them. Not fair but I did it anyway and still not happy. Once legal was threatened I did not feel it was a safe work environment for my crew. I did not want them to be blamed for his previously bad paint job done by himself. I feel bad about it but sometimes you just have to stand your ground. I have scores of other positive reviews of customers who would be willing to share their assessment of us via phone or email"
