Shawn contacted me within hours of request submission on Home Advisor. He offered alternate options to having the formal inspection completed on my new construction home. I opted for the inspection which Shawn performed within several days of the online request. As my street is not in gps, I emailed directions but Shawn got lost, but made it to the house late. Better late than never! The report arrived by email within a reasonable time frame but had to have one picture removed that's not mine. Now to get NV Homes to rectify construction issues allowing moisture to enter my walls.

I would recommend this company without reservation. Dave Smith, of Greener's Cleaners, performed the work and did a wonderful job. He worked very hard and cleaned up completely after he was done. And I received the mold remediation certificate and lifetime guarantee in timely fashion.

I contacted Greener Cleaners due to health reasons in my family. The gentleman that performed the testing was very knowledgeable and seemed to truly care about the well being of my family. The report was sent out in a very timely manner. The suggestions for improving the air weren't dependent on them making additional money from me. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking to have the air quality tested in their house.

Shawn was really great, he called me within an hour of submitting a request, set up an appointment to evaluate the issue, arrived promptly on time and gave me a reasonable estimate for the job. During the job, Shawn patiently explained what was needed to prevent the mold from coming back and also professionally removed the mold from my wooden beams and thoroughly answered all my questions. They did a great job ! I would recommend Shawn Greener without any hesitation to everyone.

Arrived ON TIME-VERY PUNCTUAL! Great communication and VERY courteous worker he sent to do job. We had mold removed from our home and they really went above and beyond to make sure our air quality improved. I could sense Greener REALLY does care about what he does. The problems arose with the details like removing our dry-wall from our home (HE DOES state he does not replace dry wall, which is fair), but in the removal, the vibrations caused a water pipe to leak and we subsequently had to hire a plumber to stop the leaking pipe under our home. Our credit card was breached RIGHT after I gave him my number for processing, Overall, fair price,

"Further investigation revealed the pipe was already leaking, which was part of the cause of the mold condition. Also, the credit card processor is very high security and they issued a fraud alert on the card because it was typed in over the phone rather than swiped in person. I have asthma and severe allergies to mold. I had mold contamination in my home and it was affecting my health. Greener's Cleaners are very knowledgeable about air quality issues, mold and the correct procedures for containment and remediation. They are well trained and have invested in the best equipment to do the job properly. The crew were very nice, answered all my questions, and handled all of my belongings with great care. My home was left sparkling clean with excellent air quality. I will not hesitate to call on them again if the need arises. From start to finish these guys were very professional and informative! I had my attic treated for mold. These guys explained step by step the process and products they would use to complete the job. They quoted me a great price, showed up on time, and completed the job in only a few hours! They even returned my call promptly when I had a follow up question. Shawn was the only person who listened to my mold concerns with his undivided attention. My 4yr old daughter was progressively sick with pneumonia and I suspected it was mold in my crawl space. It turned out that my air quality was off the charts & mold was all over my crawl space. His work is exceptionaI and the people who work for him are outstanding, I contacted Shawn Greener after my grandmother passed away because my mom needed to sell my grandmothers home and the basement was in bad shape. Shawn not only took the time to explain everything that needed to be done but was available each and every time we had questions. He was more than fairly priced for the work that was done and was very understanding of the emotions that our family was feeling at the time. This is the company to hire!
