Greg Laing showed up on time and installed all my appliances. The prices were fair and up front. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Appliance (Major Electric Appliance) Installation and Replacement
$140
He pulled out the oven to install a vent a hood/microwave combination. Did not attach, with screws, the pipe to the roof cap for safety. Then he charged me $140.00 and didn't even put the oven back in place. I am a disabled woman and unable to do it myself. He was supposed to hook up the dishwasher as well but didn't have the parts. Instead of going to get the parts, he called a friend of his to do it and I KNEW HE would rip me off too!!! I had other workmen here working on my bathroom and they would have done it for $50. The man did not even have to cut a hole and put carpentry on his invoice without a license number!!! I was LIVID and let him know, he came back to put the oven back but by that time it was already done. He apologized, he should have given me half my money back!
Response from Greg Laing Appliance Installation, LLC
"Original work to be done was install over the range microwave and dishwasher. The vent pipe didn't require screws since the pipe went into the roof jack and was attached to the microwave, there were no safety issues at alI. I got to customers home and she tried to add me doing the disposer. I looked under the sink and the plumbing pipes were all wrong, I don't carry these parts since I am an appliance installer and not a plumber and the fact she lived 20 miles to the closest hardware store. I installed the over the range microwave and charged her accordingly. I left the home and was maybe a half mile from her home forgetting to put stove back in place, she called and I was already turning around while she was cursing me like a crazy person. I went back to her home and apologized for the mistake all the while her talking to me like I was trash. I bit my tongue and still apologized to her. I made a mistake and didn't push her stove back in, and came back to make it right. People make mistakes."
