Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
I was initially given the proposal verbally and had to ask for it in writing. I found that as a negative. When I called to schedule the work I spoke to Greg. He must have been on the other line because he said, "I am on the line with a very important client. Let me call you back". That made me feel like I wasn't an important client. To reinforce that feeling, after scheduling the work he "no showed". That was very upsetting. He did arrive after that to do the work and I was very pleased with the work. It was done professionally and with minimal intrusion. The work was neat and all safety procedures were followed. Overall I give a B-
