I am a former client of Stanley Steemer and had become disappointed with their poor customer service. I contacted Grime Away right before the Holidays and much to my surpise, was able to get an appointment right away. My carpet was a mess from my 4 dogs and I was expecting company for Christmas. Alonzo did a wonderful job and now the carpet looks brand new. I have no doubt that Grime Away will do all my carpet cleaning in the future. Some problems with appointment time, but quick and efficient

They did a great job cleaning our vents. They worked hard and did a great job.

I received a very prompt response from Grime Away. They were very eager to take on my small project of repairing a section of carpet destroyed by a dog.clawing at the door of a guestroom in my hotel. I had the carpet and pad for replacement. They provided me with a date, time, & a very close verbal estimate for the job. They were on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. They were very professional and friendly from beginning to end.

They came out 16 hours after I called and got to work right away. Any problems I had were quickly solved by CJ and Jeri. Good work.

They were excellent. They came the very next morning and were only 60% of the price of the other vendor that called and did two additional carpets as well while they were there for a very low price. I had cat pee in the sofa and on two oriental rugs and they handled it well and were extremely professional and kind. I have already recommended them to two people this morning and they just left 3 hours ago.
