Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
Truly stellar service. It wasn't an inexpensive service, but like heart surgery, do you want the service / certification of your furnace going out to the lowest bidder? I felt as though the service provided was definitely worth the price paid. Brooke was very knowledgeable, and kept me informed with each step she was taking - pointing out things in the furnace to educate me. Groundhog will be the only company we use from now on!

The service person was very polite and informative, the only thin I can say negative is they are very expensive.

Thermostat Installation and Replacement
I received same day service. The technician was courteous and friendly. There was a $89 service charge that was added to the cost of the repair which I think should be a part of the repair charge. Other than that I was very satisfied.

My condenser stopped working last night, I know enough about electrical to be dangerous, I checked out a few things myself but hit a spot where I was out of ideas. I called Groundhog at 11am and told them my issue, Nathan from Groundhog showed up at 12pm and by 12:20pm, my AC was working and my family was happy and cool! Nathan was very knowledgeable and friendly, very professional. I havent needed any HVAC services in this area (SE Aurora) Im so glad Groundhog came through for me today, great overall experience. Thank you Groundhog!

I went with them because a friend referred them to me. They came out within a few hours and I called them at 5am. I had my furnace replaced the same day. They were courteous, easy to work with and the lady who answers the phone is on top of everything.
